Low Pressure Roof Cleaning Before and After

Here is a before and after of a low pressure roof cleaning that we did today. As you can see we are using a multi man team to safely and effectively remove any organic growth occurring on the shingles. We use a sanitizing agent that will remove the black streaks, lichen, mold, moss, and mildew from the shingles, not only cleaning them, but prolonging their life. We always have a team on the ground to water landscaping before, during, and after the treatment, and we bag downspouts that exit above grade to collect runoff, further protecting landscaping. The soaps and detergents are distributed on the roof using garden hose pressure, and this service comes with a limited 3 year warranty, meaning that if any significant streaking reoccurs within 36 months, we will retreat the roof at no cost to the customer.
